TAX CONSULTANT - The minimum requirements to qualify for employment as a tax consultant with Tax law associates, LLC are a JD and/or CPA certification. We prefer our consultants to have Masters and Doctorate degrees with numerous professional certifications across multiple industries and disciplines. Experience with major firms such as KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse is a plus. We expect all applicants to have significant professional accomplishments coupled with the skill and knowledge developed through years of experience in interactive client engagements and the keen ability to impart their erudition to clients.

The successful Tax Consultant is an independent self-starter capable of managing complex projects. He/she is an effective oral and written communicator, with a solid understanding of the tax implications of business operations. He/she is adept at tax deferral and avoidance planning and has proficient financial and analytical skills. The position requires extensive travel; travel being defined as any destination 80 miles from your home, and extensive being defined as 75% to 85% of a typical work week.

TAX ANALYST - The minimum requirements to qualify for employment as an Analyst with Tax Law Associates, LLC are a JD and/or CPA certification. The position requires the ability to review, analyze, and evaluate client financial information (both individual owners and closely held businesses). He/she must be highly competent in the research of relevant taxing authority regulations and applicable tax code opportunities. Develop recommendations (working with a designated Tax Consultant) relative to modifications to client's business structure and tax practices. Must prepare customized reports detailing findings and recommendations for presentation by the Tax Consultant to client's tax and legal advisors.

The successful Tax Analyst works well in a team environment. He/she enjoys working on projects and takes direction well. Analysts must have excellent written skills and a solid understanding of the tax implications of business operations. He/she should be adept at tax deferral and avoidance planning and have proficient financial and analytical skills.
